Terms of use

1. Registration

Registrations with an invalid email address will be considered null and void.

2. Under age

All children under 16 years of age wanting to participate in one of our activities must be able to provide the activity instructor with a written parent consent note, mentioning the activity in question.

3. Cancellation

All cancellations made less than 2 days before the date the activity is to run, cannot be refunded. All cancellations must be made in writing.

4. Late

Any late arrival disrupting the organisation of the activity will be considered as a cancellation, see condition number 3 above.

5. Responsibilities

"Village Loisirs de Ty Nadan" can not be held responsible for any theft, forgotten or lost objects or deterioration of personal belongings. It is understood that each participant is considered as a third party in relation to the other participants, and therefore declares that he/she has civil liability insurance.

6. Organisation

Participants must show up 15 minutes before the beginning of each activity, with their printed bill (received by email):

- at the Activity Office (to the right from the campsite entrance) for Quad biking, Paintball, Rock climbing and Canoeing activities.

- by the river, on the other side of the footbridge, for the Adventure Parks."

7. Quad riding

The Quad activity has very strict regulations regarding the age of the drivers and the cubic capacity. In order to respect these regulations and with the aim to have maximum security during the activity, our instructors are allowed to request some form of identity on site. If the age of the participant can not be determined, the instructor reserves the right to cancel the session for that person. In this case there will be no refund possible. It is therefore necessary to respect the age limits given when booking.

Deposit for Quad activity (90cc and 200cc)

In order to guarantee the repairs in case of deterioration of the equipment, a € 300 deposit must be left at the Acitivity Office before the beginning of the activity.
